What You Will Need

Bring yourself in some comfortable clothing and you’re good to go!
We have mats and blankets at the studio that all are welcome to use.
If you would rather have your own mat, you are welcome to bring your own, or purchase one at the centre.

Class Descriptions

Power yoga flow
Based on the principles of ashtanga yoga. This flow emphasizes the breath and movement. This class builds internal heat which is great for detoxing and healing. This class is for experienced students familiar with the breath and the poses.

All Levels
This class is for beginners and seasoned practitioners. Experience the quiet and the calmness of the mind with the body moving in sequence with the breath.

Beginner
This class will teach those who are new to yoga the poses, the breath and foundation to achieve a good yoga practice. Experienced practitioners are also welcome.

Hot Yoga (all levels)
carefully designed to optimally work all the muscles, ligaments and tendons of the human body. Class starts by slowing down, coming into breath before motion, and then building motion up from the flow of breath, smoothly transitioning from the floor to standing work. Focus will be on strength and balance, as we stretch deeply in the heat.

Postures will be sustained so that the benefits of are achieved on an organic level, and the rhythm of the class will allow each student to find both challenge and release, with modifications offered for all levels and bodies.
Look forward to a long savasana to close the class, and leave feeling restored, rejuvenated, stretched, and worked. Bring a towel.
