What You Will Need

Bring yourself in some comfortable clothing and you’re good to go!
We have mats and blankets at the studio that all are welcome to use.
If you would rather have your own mat, you are welcome to bring your own, or purchase one at the centre.

Class Descriptions

Power yoga flow
Based on the principles of ashtanga yoga. This flow emphasizes the breath and movement. This class builds internal heat which is great for detoxing and healing. This class is for experienced students familiar with the breath and the poses.

Follow the yogi
The teacher leads the class through is or her own morning practice based on a traditional ashtanga yoga practice.
Good for students new to Shakti Yoga who may have previous yoga experience or a student who wishes to deepen their personal practice.

All Levels
This class is for beginners and seasoned practitioners. Experience the quiet and the calmness of the mind with the body moving in sequence with the breath.

Beginner
This class will teach those who are new to yoga the poses, the breath and foundation to achieve a good yoga practice. Experienced practitioners are also welcome.
